Tune is provided by Halperin Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). You are contracting with Halperin Ventures LLC. By using Tune you agree to these terms.

Use. Don't use Tune unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with its security (including scraping or probing).

Ownership. We own Tune, its software and branding.

No guarantee. Tune is for relaxation only, is not medical advice, and may not always be available or error-free.

Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, tax and billing are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms
