Who we are. Tune is operated by Halperin Ventures LLC, who is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect. If you sign in: your email address and account ID. For everyone: anonymous usage events (for example which mood you chose and how long you listened), plus basic device and browser information. Sound is generated on your device; we never record audio.

Why. To provide the service and your unlock (contract), to improve the app and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

Who we share with. Hosting and database providers; our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.

Retention. We keep account data while your account exists and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by contacting halperin.ventures@gmail.com.

Security. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.

Cookies. We use only essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your unlock.
